Marna Chester is a Brooklyn-based visual artist, yoga instructor and Core Energetics practitioner-in-training.  She sees the common thread among all of her practices as an exploration into the spiritual, physical and psychological. Her work has been exhibited at Wave Hill, Gitler & Gallery, Governors Island, The Wild Bird Fund Gallery,  the Rye Arts Center (RAC), and the Voelker Orth Museum (VOM), among others. Commercial work includes the television series, Gotham, The Italian Cultural Institute, Bergdorf Goodman’s window displays, and more. She has taught paper sculpture workshops for kids and adults at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, NY Botanical Garden, Yeshiva University Museum, RAC, The Creative Center, Bellevue Hospital, VOM, The Brooklyn Brainery, Camp Eisner, UNIS (The United Nations International School), and Au Papier Japonais in Montreal. She has a BFA from Alfred University and an MPS from Pratt Institute.
