New partnership announcement!
The Huntington Gardens Experimental Ranch hosts The Los Angeles Press and Planet Earth Observatory’s Visiting Poet Program — a micro residency for an emerging local poet ages 18-25.
Do you know a fantastic local poet (Pasadena, San Marino, Altadena, San Gabriel) who wants to write, cultivate, and learn from master gardeners and writers!? The Micro Residency will entail working with native plants, and will ask questions surrounding sustainability, food access, and environmental justice. There is a $500 stipend and a publishing contract.
